Powerful Honda motor: There’s no compromise with a Honda battery powered mower. Honda’s
powerful motor offers the same power and torque as our GCV series gas powered engines. It’s ready to tackle the
toughest mowing conditions. Our design features a forced air system that drives fresh air over key components
inside the motor, allowing them to stay cooler and perform well in demanding outdoor operating conditions.
Superior performance: Honda’s motor provides high torque that maintains RPMs to let the lawn
mowers power through thick or tall grass and maintain a clean, even cut. In addition, the motors are designed to
combine high power with mid-level power consumption while providing a superior cut and bag fill.
12 AH lithium-ion battery: The HRX-BE comes standard with a 12 AH lithium-ion battery. It also
has two battery bays, allowing you to easily add a second optional battery for additional run time. Each 12 AH
battery can power approximately 45 minutes of run time, or about .37 acres, depending on your mowing conditions.
Durable battery connection: Honda’s battery features unique spring-loaded terminals. This
patent-pending design helps maintain battery life by providing a tighter connection between the battery and lawn
mower – reducing the potential for damage from misalignment.
e-Select Drive: Simple, precision speed control. The HRX-BE offers Honda’s exclusive e-Select
Drive electric transmission, with precise speed control that’s fully adjustable from 0 to 4 mph. It’s easy and
convenient to increase or decrease your speed with the touch of a button. And e-Select Drive offers incredible
performance, with a rapid response time and a brisk ramp up speed.
Roto-Stop: Transport the mower without the blades. Honda’s Roto-Stop blade stop system allows
you to use the mower’s self propel without having to use the blades. Saves battery life while transporting the
mower and allows you to transport over gravel and other areas.
4-in-1 Versamow System with Clip Director: Mulch, bag, discharge and leaf shred with no tools
or attachments required. Honda’s revolutionary Versamow System allows you to mulch, bag, discharge, and shred
leaves – or even a combination of mulching and bagging! Just slide the convenient Clip Director knob to choose
how much grass is bagged or mulched. No tools or costly attachments are needed. It’s the ultimate in convenience
and versatility.

Rust-free, no-dent NeXite mowing deck: The HRX’s 21″ deck is made of NeXite. This high impact
resistant material does not dent, rust, or corrode over time. Designed for superior air flow, the deck also
improves your cut quality.
Easy, convenient rear discharge: The HRX has a convenient rear discharge door that improves
maneuverability, eliminating the need for a separate discharge chute attachment. Clippings are directed out the
bottom at the rear of the mower.
Make quick work of leaves, with no attachments necessary: The HRX design makes leaf shredding
easy. Tiny pieces minimize the use of leaf bags for collecting debris. No attachments or tools are necessary.
3-position Quick Release adjustable handle: The quick release handle is easy to adjust to one
of 3 positions for comfortable mowing. Or fold it over for more compact storage.
Large 9″ ball bearing wheels: Ball bearings in all four wheels offer better maneuverability,
smoother drive, and increased durability.
